Mending Broken Hearts and Broken Connections is a 6 week psycho-educational equine therapy curriculum designed to help parents whose children struggle with complex developmental trauma. It combines the Eagala method of equine assisted psychotherapy with the latest teaching about neuroscience and attachment models of therapy in a script format for equine practitioners to implement. The curriculum can also be used for residential programs and schools to help staff learn about trauma informed methods.
